Little Brother's Room

Little Brother’s Room is meant to surround the projection of the documentary short film The Three Brothers (2019). Youngest of the three brothers did not wish to be interviewed on the topic of guns. This gave me an idea to present him next to the film in another way. The room installation is inspired by the room this absent brother lived in as a teenager.
I wished to create a man cave that serves as a shelter from the routine of everyday life. The room installation combines themes such as territory and marking of territory, tension release, violent video games and object oriented self-empowerment.
